People in Glass Houses

People in Glass Houses Architect Firm for Sims3 houses.

This all started thanks to my daughters who play Sims3. I spent lots of time fixing up houses for them or building custom homes for their familes within their games. Then I started playing and did not like that most of the houses did not have enough rooms for larger families. So People in Glass Houses Architect Firm started. My oldest told me I should make a blog for other Sims3 players to be able to see the houses I make so they can download them as well. So here it is.

These are all either Custom Made Homes or In Game Remodeled Houses. Not a lot of cheats used on them and all are playable houses. Hours of game play in our own games. They come fully furnished and decorated. I also will be adding into this blog a few other things I have built in some of the games like a Nectary, parks, and a few houses my daughter's have built as well. Hope you enjoy them and they work for you in your games.

Condor Museum Lofts, 280 Sunnyside Blvd. Sunset Valley LOT SIZE: 40x30

This house was previously a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house.
Once again we received a call from Pierce Playa. Seems his other mistress needed to have a larger house for herself and her children. This house was renovated for Morgana Wolff and her 5 children (so far) from Pierce Playa. Fully furnished with custom colors and patterns lots of beachy blues and fully landscaped.

We removed one of the three driveways and of course add some of our signature renovating....more windows were added to allow maximum light durning the day.

Added fencing and a large play area for the kids

Now we have 2 single car garages. Large window walls to give the breeze way entry a greenhouse effect. The third garage is now a bonus room. Used right now for babies but you could easily turn it into a work out room or artists retreat.

This floor now boasts a beautiful open great room kitchen, dining room, and family room with a computer nook and a small balcony... Also on this floor is are 2 bedrooms, one is a boy's nursery, the other is a girl's bedroom. One full bath is located on this floor as well. Huge deck with easy access to the backyard.

This floor now features the Master Bedroom Suite with small balcony, plus 2 more Bedrooms. One room is a Girl's Nursery with balcony, the other is a Boy's Bedroom. They share a Full Bathroom. Bonus of this floor is the Kid's Loft! Full study/sitting area, computer nook and lots of windows!
