People in Glass Houses

People in Glass Houses Architect Firm for Sims3 houses.

This all started thanks to my daughters who play Sims3. I spent lots of time fixing up houses for them or building custom homes for their familes within their games. Then I started playing and did not like that most of the houses did not have enough rooms for larger families. So People in Glass Houses Architect Firm started. My oldest told me I should make a blog for other Sims3 players to be able to see the houses I make so they can download them as well. So here it is.

These are all either Custom Made Homes or In Game Remodeled Houses. Not a lot of cheats used on them and all are playable houses. Hours of game play in our own games. They come fully furnished and decorated. I also will be adding into this blog a few other things I have built in some of the games like a Nectary, parks, and a few houses my daughter's have built as well. Hope you enjoy them and they work for you in your games.

"El" Urban Sprawl.... 60 Maywood Lane, Sunset Valley LOT SIZE: 40x30

The below house was moved into by Victoria Andrews after she left her husband Beau due to an affair with Pierce Playa. At the time she moved into this small house she had a toddler (from Beau now ex husband) and pregnant with twin boys from Pierce her lover. Per our phone conversation with Pierce he wanted to make sure Victoria and the current children had a better house to live in with more room. While working on the remodel of this house Victoria had a set of triplets with Pierce so floor plans were changed to accommodate this growing family.



It started off as a dark, and cramped 2 bedroom, 1 bath house.

Added a second floor/ bedroom wing.This is now a 6 bedroom, 6 bath house. 3 car parking.
Large open windows lets in lots of light durning the day. Downstairs boasts a HUGE Great Room, Kitchen counter seating plus a large dining room area.

*note: due to the cheat code used for window placement on this side of the house sometimes the larger windows are not "usable/see through" I normally go into Build/Buy Mode grab the window that is not right and then hit the "esc" key to make them see through again.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a balcony and attached bathroom.
2 more large bedrooms are also upstairs each with their own full bathroom.
Tucked away is a computer nook as well.

    This house is AMAZING!! I'm terrible at houses, maybe it's because I'm always in a rush. How long did it take you to make it?
