People in Glass Houses Architect Firm for Sims3 houses.

This all started thanks to my daughters who play Sims3. I spent lots of time fixing up houses for them or building custom homes for their familes within their games. Then I started playing and did not like that most of the houses did not have enough rooms for larger families. So People in Glass Houses Architect Firm started. My oldest told me I should make a blog for other Sims3 players to be able to see the houses I make so they can download them as well. So here it is.

These are all either Custom Made Homes or In Game Remodeled Houses. Not a lot of cheats used on them and all are playable houses. Hours of game play in our own games. They come fully furnished and decorated. I also will be adding into this blog a few other things I have built in some of the games like a Nectary, parks, and a few houses my daughter's have built as well. Hope you enjoy them and they work for you in your games.

The Urban Barn 100 Redwood Pkwy, Sunset Valley LOT SIZE: 25x30

This custom built Urban Style Barn was built for our biggest client Pierce Playa the Heartbreaker. He was looking for a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Sunset Valley's downtown. We found this perfect 25x30 lot tucked back in a forest of huge mature redwoods and pine trees with stunning views of the lighthouse and cliffs. With Pierce's modern sense of style we came up with this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath barn/floor plan for him.

This floor opens up to a Sitting Area perfect for enjoying the fireplace, reading books, or just relaxing. It has a small walk out balcony as well. Also upstairs is a beautiful Master Bedroom Suite with Private Balcony. The Master Suite is situated to take full advantage of the stunning ocean views.
